Japanese people are not culturally omnivorous. They always keep a respectful distance. Americans may devour everything but with a great deal of indigestion. But they understand cultural mixing.
There's chaos brewing all around Tokyo. The denizens close themselves off from this chaos. What a dangerous situation. If you don't eat the chaos, it will eat you.
